Today I’m super excited to share this recipe with you, it is for a chocolate smoothie bowl. A healthy, vegan chocolate smoothie bowl!! Healthy eating has been so important for me within my journey with anxiety and I love sharing recipes full of superfoods, like this one. You can eat the smoothie bowl solo or add toppings like granola, banana and chia seeds like I have. I have outlined the recipe for the chocolate smoothie bowl below. It is made in two simple steps.
(optional toppings: 1/2 banana sliced, granola, chia seeds & peanut butter to drizzle)
