Suffering from a young age with not much information out there I had to learn the hard way through trial and error that its not just one thing that can free you of the unexplained terror. Think Good: changing thought patterns, readjusting and calming your mind.
Feel Good: eating well and exercising, calming your body and releasing the adrenaline.
Look Good: putting effort into your fashion, skin and overall appearance all contribute to thinking good and feeling good about yourself.
Here, I will share all that I have learned hoping to give anybody else in a similar position the shortcuts to take from their comfortable place. showing you that through Faith you will overcome the Fear.
